1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the FRANKHOST-operated VidioPay product website, the FRANKHOST software licensing service, VidioPay software-purchase checkout and related support interactions.

A website owner who installs VidioPay controls the customer and viewer information collected through that owner's own WordPress website. FRANKHOST does not automatically become the controller of all viewer information processed by an independently operated VidioPay website.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use the service, FRANKHOST may process information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, support messages and purchase details.

For software licensing and technical operation, the service may also process license keys, product and edition information, website URLs, installation identifiers, software versions, activation or validation events, transaction references, payment status, timestamps, IP/network information and security logs.

3. Payments

VidioPay software purchases may be processed using third-party payment providers including Pesapal, PayPal and Flutterwave. Sensitive payment credentials may be collected or processed directly by the selected provider. FRANKHOST may receive and retain the transaction identifiers, payment status and other information required to reconcile the order, prevent fraud and issue the software license.

4. Why we use information

We use relevant information to operate checkout, verify payments, issue and validate licenses, provide software downloads and updates, prevent abuse, maintain security, respond to support requests, keep accounting records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Cookies and sessions

The static VidioPay marketing website does not require advertising cookies for its normal operation. The FRANKHOST licensing and checkout service may use essential session, security and CSRF-related technologies needed to operate forms and authenticated functions.

6. Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email and payment-service providers when necessary to deliver the service. Those providers may operate in countries different from yours and handle information under their own legal and contractual obligations.

7. Retention

FRANKHOST retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, order history, fraud prevention, security, support, accounting and legal obligations. Information may then be deleted, anonymized or retained where continued retention is required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

FRANKHOST uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your requests

You may contact FRANKHOST to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by FRANKHOST, subject to identity verification and any legal, accounting, security or contractual retention requirements.

10. Changes and applicable law

This policy may be updated as the VidioPay service changes. Mandatory privacy rights provided by applicable law are not limited by this policy.
